Having trusted relationships with some of the most beautiful destination wedding resorts and venues throughout the world, I can help bring your wedding vision to life. Weather it’s a private ceremony or a celebration with family and friends, you will work in tandem with me and the resort wedding specialist to ensure that your wedding day goes off without a hitch!
Room Block Management
Deciding to do a destination wedding can be a treat for your guests! They will likely be traveling from far away for your big day - so let’s show them the best time. The last thing you need as a bride and groom is the hassle of managing the logistics that go into getting all of your loved ones there. I can help simplify this by taking care of all your guests’ travel arrangements! This includes arranging airport transfers, booking flights, blocking rooms at your chosen resort and providing responsive support throughout the process. Due to the trusted relationship that Travelmation has with resorts, I am able to work closely with the resort managers to get you the best group rates and work side by side with the on-site wedding manager to be sure your day is special and your guests are blown away!

Start here by filling out the inquiry form! Once I receive your form, I will reach out to you via email or phone to set up a free in person or phone consultation. After our consultation, I will send you a personalized quote for my services based on your needs.
STEP 1
Once you decide to allow me to help you plan your destination wedding, we will begin exploring prospective resorts! This is the fun part. I will work side by side with you in researching wedding venues. Once you comb through your favorites, I will start providing quotes for you and your fiancé to go over.

I will begin to manage all of the resort reservations, coordinating with the destination wedding team, and making sure all of your guests are taken care of from start to finish.
